CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please email us with your inquiries.  We would be delighted to answer any questions that you may have and will endeavour to respond promptly.

TAX/GST INVOICES

We are GST registered and invoices are provided with all sales.

PAYMENT

We accept Direct Credit (Online Banking) or Credit Cards via PayPal secure system on our website. For credit card option please click here and follow the instructions.

DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand. Estimated manufacturing time as follows, however, when proof of payment is received we are able to give a firm lead time commitment based on current production capacity.

Shelving: ex factory within 5 working days after payment is received

Cabinets | Boxes:  within 7 working days after payment is received

 

All shipping is done either by Castle Parcels or Mana Transport, please let us know if your item/s has not arrived within the allocated times below:

· 1-3 working days within the metro North/South Islands

· 3-5 working days rural delivery

· 10 working days for boxes and cabinets delivery

 

Pick up

Pickup option is available by arrangement, however, payment/deposit must be made prior to collection of goods.  Our factory is located in Christchurch, if you choose the pickup option you will be provided with a pickup address after payment is received.

Damages or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit should be made against Castle Parcels or Mana Transport directly.  Although we are not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit we will endeavour to ensure any claims be resolved satisfactorily.

Shipping cost

The cost of shipping will depend on the size and the weight of the item and a price will be given on each individual quote.

Return of Goods

Made-to-Order Shelves & Cabinets

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order products due to the nature of the item e.g. your size, chosen colour and unique requirements etc. however, if we made the wrong size/colour etc. we will replace for free.

In short, anything that is our fault we will replace without question, anything that is yours will have to be reordered at regular price. Depending on the problem, we may be able to modify an incorrectly ordered shelves for you. We are always ready to help you figure the best way to resolve a problem, should you find something is not fitting correctly.

REFUND POLICY

We will replace or refund items if goods are returned within 14 days from date of purchase if:

· The item is defective

· If we send the wrong goods
